Situated in the iconic Weighbridge Clock Tower, Waffle and Co, was created using the inspiration of the Bubble Waffle, which originated in Hong Kong and includes both sweet and savoury varieties.

Located by the Guernsey Harbour departure point, perfectly hosts the summer season for tourist with the ability to sit outside in the sun. In the winter season, a more appropriately themed environment will be created to take account for the colder months and the local clientele.

The menu was created to be inclusive for dietary requirements, including a wide range of vegan alternatives, along with an offering of innovative topping options and an assortment of flavour combinations.

The pastel colours and caricatures which illustrate a warm, inviting, friendly and family environment, best represented by the tagline ‘Friends Forever’ in the main logo, all complete the aesthetic of this establishment.
